Default Need HELP 2010 Road Glide brake lights stay on

I have a 2010 road glide and the brake light stays on all the time unless I turn the ignition switch off. The turn signals work fine. I disconnected the negative battery cable to try to reset the computer. No luck brake lights still on. Can anyone help????

I know it's a long weekend but stick it out and take it to the dealer first opportunity. It's under warranty.

You mess with the levers lately? The typical culprit is a broken switch pin/shaft thing-a-ma-bob. It's under the front brake lever.

Pull the wires off of the rear brake pressure switch. If the brake lights go out, then you need to replace switch. Also check the front brake switch. Push the lever away from the grip, to see if it is just not moving away far enough. If brake lights stay on, pull the lever off and depress the switch to check if it is working. Your cruise control probably no longer works either, since the brake lights stay on...

Had that happen to my old Street Bob and it was a poor connection on the rear switch. But that is a different animal.
