Default Mini apes installed!

I finally got my mini apes installed. I got the HCC kit with 13 inch Cycle Smith bars. It took my about 30 hrs., but I learned a lot along the way. I think if I did it again it would take 10 to 12 hours. The hardest part for me was figuring out the wiring, pulling the wires went well. Anyway all in all I am happy I did it. The bars are great by the way, once I got them adjusted just right. I still have to take off the fairing mirrors, will do that when I get the hole plugs.

Thumbs up

Great job Lock. I did the same on a RK I used to have. It feels good to do the work yourself..and as you said you learn a lot. Extending and pulling wires was a first for me. I really like the black bars. I've been thinking about doing same on my new bike. By the way..who's bars and what size are they? Thanks for sharing

They look great, I was contemplating buying some, after seeing them installed on yours I may just pull the trigger and get some.

Again, great job on the bars.
