I was experiencing a ticking from valve train before my upgrade with 24000 on my 2012 FLHX. After the warranty ran out I vowed to upgrade. I did alot of research here and other places. I deciced on Fuel Moto AC, FM 2-1-2 SS ceramic header, Jackpot 4" DT Mufflers, FM Adj Pushrods, Redshift Tensioners, Baisley Spring and Plunger, Woods TW-222 Cam, Woods Directional lifters and Power Vision Tuner. After install I could not be happier with added TQ, HP and Sound.

However I still had a tick tick tick. Oh I also run Redline 20/50, Tranny and Primary products. I want to thank everyone because it was here that I found the solution. The sound was in the front cylinder. One post in particular recommened going .140-.150 lifter preload instead of .130-.140 problem solved only noise now is the sucking or ? sound from the Open AC.

She runs like a beast with stock heads and 103 cu in. Dyno results to come. Thanks again all.
