Would $16,000 for an 2008 SG with Cruise & Security and only 4k miles be a good purchase? Or hold out for an 09' to come along and possibly with ABS?

 

I have an '08 and love it. Never noticed any issues with the handling or anything else. With that said, what the others have said, ride all of them before making a decision.

 

I vote for the 09, but I'm bias...

Biggest difference from 08 - 09 was the frame, swing arm, lrgr rear tire, re-designed rear fender, small cosmetics. For the right price - either will do so definitely try to test ride both years & see whic you prefer. Good luck!
