I've got Rinehart true duals, SE A/C, SE 255 Cams w/ PCV & Auto Tune mapped by Fuel Moto & running just fine!

unfortunatly the dresser duals for 09 look the same as stock today ,why they did away with the complete seperated pipes is beyond me.

But there is also another benefit to seperate pipes is the heat issue is dramatically reduced one key issue that will push me to true duals this winter.

Think it's more of an issue of tune than pipes. The loss with true duals is so minuscule most would only know by looking at at dyno sheet and most people on here just say it because the read it...On here.

New cams would make up for your low end loss as well with the TD's.

Also in regards to TD's not working with autotune, BS. My friend has a 103 with a PC-V and Dynojet autotune and it literally almost flys. So that could not be further from the truth.

True duals will always be less effective in promoting torque!

The reason being, 2 into 1, or anything with a tuned crossover pipe (stock exhaust), help evacuate spent exhaust gasses by utilizing the exhaust pulse from the previous stroke (scavenging). Kinda like a blower in reverse - a SUCKER.
The only reason the stock exhaust is usually swapped out for power gains, is because it restricts the exhaust flow. Although the mufflers are usually the biggest culprit by far. And now too the cat.
There is a happy medium between open flow and a useable amount of restriction though, and that is where "tuned" exhaust comes into play.
The reason why baggers especially prefer the 2 into 1,s is that they work most effectively in promoting torque, which is where we live in our powerband.
It's really as simple as that.
Of course with that being said, the difference true duals detract from torque is fairly negligible unless you're after that 1 - 3 more HP/TQ.

Ok - off my soapbox now. For those who made it this far, thanks for listening!

Yup that should work. The problem with the Rinehart TDs not tuning seems to be specific to the stock cam & lack of back pressure.

Thank you, this is more or less what I was told by a Harley Engineer. The guy I talked to after a few months of banging my head against the wall really did not think TDs were a good idea on the TC96. YMMV.

I intalled the true duals, the SEAC and the thundermax for TBW myself and I haven't had any problems. The first day it was popping a little bit when deceleration on third gear, but because of the autotune capability, it fixed itself. Yesterday I went on a ride with some friends and you should've seen this baby; doing 80mph had to catch up with one of the guys that passed me at 95 and blew him out of the water at 105. Can't complaint.
