First touring Harley. 2000 FLHT purchased Oct 2012. Also this is my first Harley.Still lovin it. Previously had yamaha Star cruisers...

 

About 2 weeks ago, bought my 1st touring. 14 SG vivid black Firefighter edition with V&H twin slash rounds. To do the purchase, I traded in my VERY first motorcycle ever.. a 2012 Super Glide Custom Vivid black.

I'm in the same boat as nh-rider. This is my first touring bike and first Harley. I also was a Yamaha guy before crossing over to American made motorcycles.

 

 

I have ridden many years but have only owned 4 other bikes prior to this one. 1985 Yamaha MaximX, 1986 Kawasaki Eliminator, 1987 Kawasaki ZL1000 and a 2004 Honda 1300 VTX. Just last week I picked up my 2003 RK classic anniversary. I smile everytime I ride it and I am loving it. I still have my ZL1000 and my VTX is in the garage until I can get it sold.

 

My Ultra Limited will be delivered in mid-February 2014. First bagger. It'll sit next to the '12 Fat Boy Lo

 

I ordered a 14 Streeglide a few weeks ago in Daytona Blue, expected at the dealers in UK Mid to late November.

Never ridden a tourer previously, current bike is a Heritage, previous to the Heritage it was a V Rod and FXRS SP.

Looking forward to the Street Glide, hope the Daytona Blue is as good in real life as it look on the web sites as I have not seen one in the UK yet.
