This was my 1st HD, only my second bike, and in no rush to purchase a newer one or any other brand, style, or model. I sorta get tired of questions or posts about anything other than HD on HDforum..

 

Just purchased my 1st Harley, it's also my 1st Touring bike, a 2013 FLHX! I go pick her up today, can't wait!

 

Just picked up my 2012 flhr a week ago. Big change from the softail but enjoying it so far.

 

This is my first tour bike, but my second overall. My first was a dyna. I have ridden as much as I had hoped for this year, but that's works fault. Not mine. I have vacation coming up soon, I plan on.wearing my tires bald that week.

 

My first bike was a large (size-wise) scooter. Only 125cc though.

My second bike (and first Harley) was a Road King Classic. Had it for a year now and can't imagine riding anything else.

 

Got about 10K on my 2011 Roadking. It will probably last longer than I do.....

 

I have ridden metric bikes of all types sizes and favors. I started out many years ago on a Honda 50 and my last metric was a Goldwing. My current bike is an 08 Ultra Classic. This is my first Harley and I can say with confidence it won't be my last. I have had this one about a month now and I am hooked.

 

<---been riding bikes for 45 years....started off on dirt bikes ( Honda trail 90's to be exact!).Then moved to Yamaha dirt bikes, then Honda shadows and Suzuki Boulevards....One of the guys at work bought a 2004 Screamin Eagle Deuce , which is gorgeous, and I got the bug. I rode my Suzuki to the place he bought it, seen a gorgeous 2003 Screamin Eagle Road King and I fell in love with it. As soon as I got home I threw a for sale sign on that suzuki and went and picked up that SERK....

Love the Bike and cant for the life of me imagine why it took me so long to figure it all out.....hmmmm

 

On my second tourer. My first harley was a super glide custom which was traded on an 05 electra glide standard about 2 years ago. Picked up my 08 street glide right after christmas of 2011.

 

Just bought my first touring Harley about three weeks ago, 04 FLHRCI. Not giving up my ironheads, but im getting older and something more civilized is nice on road trips, especially when my wife wants to come along.
