My Night Train was stolen 2 weeks ago and I decided to move up to a big boy bike. I am LOVING this thing. So comfy, so powerful, so... mmmmmmm...

Owned over 50 motorcycles - 3 Trikes - More Honda's than any other brand but have owned many BMW's - 5 or 6 Harley's, plus the other brands.

 

Just bought an '08 Street Glide. Put 60k on an '03 V Star 1100.

 

Just bought a 12 RKC my first street bike. Ridden dirt for a long time and knew this bike was the one for me.

 

41 years riding. Second HD. First one was a FatBob but wife hated the ride. 2012 FLHTC with 986 on the odo. We love it. Got an 82 Goldwing GL1100A-any buyers?!

Had a 1974 GW. Was ok, but didnt come close to the 86 Yamaha Vmax i had. That bike was simply awesome. Nothing came loose on it. Never broke down. Occasional carb-sync was all i ever done in the 12 years i had it, besides tunups..
My 2012 flhtk is very nice, but am not as confident with it as the vmax. My shifter fell off the other day on the interstate. WTF...only 7k on it and i have to start worrying about things falling off. Guess this bike needs it's nuts and bolts retorqued often.

My 2011 Ultra Limited is my first large touring bike and my first HD.
Love it, there isn't a better purpose built bike IMO.

No it's not fast, no it doens't handle like a sportbike, blah blah blah, this bike is just RIGHT!

I still love wandering off the beaten paved path but have a big enduro for that and I wouldn't want to ride my enduro cross country either.

 

My first touring bike (my current ride - 2011 FLTRUSE) turned 1 year old last week - I've put over 8K miles on it and the only regret I have is that I didn't switch from a cruiser to a touring bike 10 years ago!

 

Other than having a friends RK for 10 days a few years ago, the Ultra is my first Touring class Harley. It's a love/hate relationship. Love it out on the road, hate it in town.
