About to purchase my second Harley....1st one was an 11 Blackline..now about to purchase a 12 RG in Chrome Yellow.

 

My first tourer and first Harley too...and first motorcycle.

Sold my 94 fatboy and bought a 2012 limited, still getting used to it! Love it so far, but miss the grunt of the evo.

 

OK. So I am leaving my Dyna behind. I just purchased a 2002 Electra Glide Standard. Now I have to sell my 09 Super Glide. I opted for the 2002 because when I retire in a couple of years I'm treating myself to a new bike. Should have bought a bagger last time. This is my 3rd Harley but the first touring.

 

My 2012 Road King is my first touring bike. My first bike was a Sporty that I bought at the end of last summer and rode for 8 weeks before winter set in. Over the winter I decided I wanted something bigger. I'm really enjoying the Road King and so is my wife.

 

On my second touring model and I am 43 yrs old. The funny thing is my riding buddy's wife called me out saying I was on a geezer glide ( she is 60 ). Imo the glides are "in style" from looks to performance, the old men on softails are just posers.

First time Harley owner, 12 Electra Glide U/L (I still can't beleive I just went ahead and did it).

 

Been riding over 40 years....But JUST bought my 1st HD...a FLHTK 2012. I started out last fall looking to buy a new Fat Boy...ended up buying a EGUL A year ago I would have denied ever buying a bagger, as I did. I immediately had detach kit installed in anticipation of rarely using tour pak. Have had bike 6 weeks...have yet to remove tour-pak. Great Bike! In 6 weeks, I've added almost $10K of "stuff"...not anywhere near done. Thought this would be my LAST bike...probably will....until next one !!! :-)

The bike 2012 RGU is still in the shop after two weeks with a speed wobbol. I got to put 50 miles on it then gave it back. it's my first new tour not my first new Harley. To many bikes to count over 42 years of riding and building total bikes.

I think I will keep my fatboy.
