Who is riding Touring Harley for the first time?

In November, I made a huge jump, going from 30+ years of metric standards and cruzers (kz650, kz1000 pol, v45 magna, vs1400glpw) to my 1st HD, and damn - a bagger to boot!
The 1999 1400 intruder (bought new) was ~500# on the curb, just slightly less than the 899# of the 2010 FLHTCU
I had to re-learn slow speed handling (especially 2up), but now understand why my dad just kept rebuilding his custom chopper (at least as old as I am) ! Mine certainly aint no hardtail, but it does have a personality - something none of my other bikes have had.
I kept it stock until the 1k checkup, and then had stage 1 & reduced reach seat put on - but it really needs 2+ bars (up and back) to save the back/neck... I'm not overly fond of the reduced reach seat, but do need a bit more leg bend on the ground for comfort backing into the garage (slight uphill)
-- any one need an intruder ?
