Inked the deal on my 09 SG on 9/9/09.
Before that I had a 99 FXSTC.

 

My first Harley was a 96 xl 1200. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th were all Heritage Softail Classics. 1998, 2000, and 2001 respectively. July 16 th of this year I bought a black denim Road Glide 2010. I never wanna get off of it. Especially since I got my Corbin Seat. 2700 miles with time left to ride here in the D. All my other bikes were chromed out. This one won't be. Spent way too much time cleaning and polishing the other 4. I've only washed this one once since taking delivery. When I did wash it instead of a 5 hour job, it took 40 minutes. Gotta like that. Have a good one everyone and keep the rubber side down.

 

I've had my first Harley and first touring Harley since July. Love it!

 

Bought a 10 Street Glide in January. Had a Dyna before. Can sit on the Street Glide all day. No comparison on comfort.

 

Two weeks ago, I tarded in my fatboy for a 2010 Ultra

 

Bought my first Harley a year ago, a 2007 Ultra. Rode a 1978 Gold Wing for 31 years prior, nice bike but no comparison to the Ultra. Someone else said like being on another planet - ditto. I've put 12,000 miles on the Ultra so far and haven't started the Wing since.

 

I agree with misterclassic. I enjoyed my 84 Goldwing Aspencade (I bought it new in 84) but no comparison to the touring comfort and feel of my 2009 Electra-Glide Classic (and the pride I feel when riding it!). After I bought the Classic in October of 2009, the Goldwing was listed for sale. My wife likes the comfort of the Harley way better also. Absolutely no regrets.

 

Traded in my Fatbob for a 2011 Streetglide,last Saturday.

 

Got my simple FLHR in June and couldn't be better!

 

I just picked up my first Harley Davidson. Its an 09 FLHR, only had 900 miles on it. Before that I had a Victory Vegas, and before that a kawasaki vulcan 1600, 1500, and a mean streak.
