Who is riding Touring Harley for the first time?
#265
4000 miles on my 09 Streetglide. My first Harley and My first Touring Bike.
Last bikes were Rigid Choppers so its a HUGE difference!
Miss standing out in the crowd, winning bike shows and people asking to take pics with my bike all the time but I love being able to hit the open road.
I have more miles on my SG in 9 months than I did on my Chopper in 2 years.

Where are the miles coming from? I just bought this 02 UC back in January. We had 35" of snow in Feb. Yeah I commute with it which is 20 miles one way and we jump on it every chance we get to just ride or meet up with others and ride. Since our riding season started about mid May I've racked up almost 8,000 miles on it. (another 200 today just to ride with my little brother and a member from here. ) I gotta say when I bought this bike it was intended for a flip to make a few grand (yeah, I did that good on it from a private seller) because I thought I wanted a LowRider or a Heritage. I think I actually fell in love with it within 100 miles. I'll keep it for 2 more years and get another one that's for sure.
