Who is riding Touring Harley for the first time?

I'm 35 and about to buy my first bike ever. I got my license last year, and I know I need plenty of practice. I am most likely picking up an 08 SG on Thursday. I'm really pumped about it. It was between the SG and the 48, I just decided that my old bones couldn't take the tight ride of the 48.

Just made the jump myself.
Have been in the street bike world past 10 years and recently made the switch to an 08 SG with 5200 miles (from 07 FZ1).
Love this ride, there really isn't anything else like it. The more I ride the better it feels.
[Remember it's not what you ride, just that you ride]

One month into a 2010 Electra Glide Ultra - enjoying the bike and wife likes to ride with me. First time back to Harley since the late 70's when I had a 77 FXE super glide. The glide trashed the rings at 20 K miles and needed a complete rebuild.
Had a number of other tour bikes: Early 80's Gold wing, 94 BMW LT and recently came of a 2007 Venture. Venture was a nice bike but man what a handful at low speed. BMW was fast and good handler, the early 80's GW was not so exciting.
