09 seuc demo bike

Ok so here is the deal. I found the used bike I have been wanting, 09 Ultra Classic CVO. The facts are, it is a Dealer Demo bike, for sale at a HD dealer about 250 miles from my home. I have seen photos, it looks perfect. My concern, it has almost 16,000 miles. There asking price is not any less than some other CVO's that I have seen. 1. Should I be worried, concerned about the number of miles? 2. Any concerns about buying a DEMO bike. Has anybody purchased a DEMO, your experience? I don't know why but the mileage thing on the CVO has been on my mind. I have a 99'RKC with 47,500 miles and a 03'RKC with 27,000. Just wanted to get some other thoughts. Sorry for the long post, I hope it is in the correct forum. Thanks in advance for your O's
