I have an 04 flht. I installed a new cruise control and now it won't start!
I do not have spark. Also the right blinker doesn't work either.
Anyone got a clue what may be wrong? Thanks

 

Probably pinched wire(s) in the right hand switch housing you installed--easy to do. Open and/or remove the housing from the handlebar and see if the bike will start and the right turn signal work--opening the housing may remove the short(s) from pinched wires at the handlebar where the wires exit the housing, and aid in diagnosing the problem.

Thanks, I appreciate your help. Ok, I took the throttle apart and there are no wires pinched. I tested the turn signal while assembly was off and still doesnt work. Any other suggestions?

 

You did plug the handelbar harness back in to the chassis harness in the fairing right? No issues with any of the left controls?

Ok guys, found it! The plug from the control harness was not making good contact. Its all SWEET now. Thanks
