i need to know what i need to put a tour pack on like wiring and

 

You need the tour pak, you need the 4 point docking kit, you need the tour pak mounting plate, and for wiring it depends on which tour pak you go with (ultra version, FLHX version, etc.) and if you are buying a kit or used without any wiring in it, etc.

 

i have the pack off a ultra class. it off a 97 i think. it was given to me. it has lights and speakers on it. i just need to know about the what to do about the wiring i have the 4 docking kit on and tour pack just cann't find what to do about the wiring gor the lights and speakers

 

HD sells the wiring harness that you will need. You should already have a connector on the left side tucked away that you will plug into. If you want to use the rear speakers you will need your radio flashed to recognize them.

The wiring harness for a 97 Ultra tour pak is 70648-97. However, putting it on an 09 I would use the 70648-00A and make any necessary connector changes if any. Then you have to take care of the audio overlay harness.
