Anyone know the specs for the batwing fairing screws? They just back out or I lose them to frequently. Aftermarket has to make them instead of going to dealer to purchase. Thanks in advance.

 

Here are the torque values from the manual. Let me see if I can find any other info.

UPPER FAIRING AND WINDSHIELD:
FLTR, Outer Fairing
Outer fairing long screws (FLTR) 10-15 in-lbs 1.1-1.7 Nm
2.37 UPPER FAIRING AND WINDSHIELD: FLHX,
FLHT/C/U, Outer Fairing and Windshield
Outer fairing screws (FLHX, FLHT/C/U) 20-30 in-lbs 2.3-3.4 Nm
2.41 UPPER FAIRING AND WINDSHIELD:
FLTR, Outer Fairing
Outer fairing short screws (FLTR) 6-12 in-lbs 0.7-1.4 Nm

 

The screws are 1/4"-20 X 9/16" buttonhead.
