Default PCV from Fuel/MoTo, Question?

Installing my PCV, and in the process of installing the switch to toggle
between the 2 MAPS.
My question is, WHICH MAP AM I USING BEFORE I CLOSE THE SWITCH?
My thinking is F-Moto, would have the COOLING map in the open position.
And the MPG map in the close position!.What say you......... Tenn.Vol.

You'd better call FM since that's who you got it from....

If you hook a computer up to the PCV you can see the description of both maps in the notes section and with the bike running it will tell you what map is current, and if you switch the switch you will see it go from map 1 to map 2 or map 2 to map 1

Jamie (at Fuelmoto) told me that Position 1 is in use when the switch is in the open position and Pos. 2 is in use in the closed pos.
To find out which map is installed in which position, follow Mopar400's advice.
If you're still confused, call Fuelmoto and they will be able to help you out.

Sounds like one way the system is in closed loop and the other way is open loop.

It works this way with Auto-Tune, but the basic PCV toggles between two different maps.

It isn't nutty at all. Some PCV owners are fine with one map, but using the switch allows you to maximize mileage yet be able to switch to a richer map in the cruise range for better cooling when needed. You can't have both at the same time, although there are comprises in between.
