Here's mine. I will consider yours when mine wears

I like your cup holder better too...

coffee cups?

Do standard size coffee cups work in this holder by any chance? I'm Canadian and I gotta have my Timmies in the morning

Looks like nice work!

What are my options for a stock SG? Since I don't have any lowers, (Maybe this winter I'll pick up a set, who knows?)
But for now I'd like to know what I can do.....

Really nice work IMO. I use a standard size coffee cup in mine on occasion(without the cup cozy). I meant to measure last night, but I believe that the diameter is 4 to 4 1/2" for the holder itself.

here's my "Ultra" water bottle holder on my Ultra classic.
I took the left cover off the "feet guards"
Traced the outline on a piece of stop sign, cut it out.'
Went to a fabric center and bought a pack of "buttons" for like $1.99
Drilled holes to match the "buttons on the orginal cover, painted the new cover flat black.
Installed the "buttons"
Went to a bicycle store got a black water bottle holder, (but any color that floats your bike), mine is plastic.
Drilled and installed the water bottle holder on the NEW cover.
Put a small piece of string and a cotter pin as a "saftey catch to the nut/bolt that holds the water bottle in place.
It hold a nice water bottle, when the bottle is off, it's almost invisble.
Joe
Just my ideas!:icon_clapclap:

I had a set of j&m lowers with the glove door pouches, Thought is was a great idea to hold a water bottle in it, then one time the velcro let loose..........no more water and a pissed off driver behind me.
