Anybody out there from Longride Shields? No emails or phone calls returned in over a week. PO box said to be closed. Whats up with that?

 

I bought a shield the Thursday before their big sale ended. I didn't get a confirmation number so I didn't know if the order went through or not.

After a few day's I e-mailed directly to their shop and here on the board
and didn't get a response.
So I looked up their phone number and called. I got a guy who took my info and told me he'd call me right back. He never did.

So a few days later I sent a pm them and DID get a response (and an apology) the next day.

They got over run and then backed up. My order had gone through and was on the way.

The shield was on my door step the next day. So their trying if that means anything two you.

The BS aside The shield is pretty nice. Its a great product but they need to get their house in order.
