Default Kickstand on Road Glides

I was just wanting to find out if any other Roadies out there found a better alternative to the stock kickstand. My buddies still freak out when I get off of my bike and it rocks forward. I would also like it to be a bit longer so my bike does not lean over so far. Any ideas my from the FUGLY RIDERS?

Here's what I do..... It used to scare me when my bike rocked forward. So, now I put the bike in first gear... let it roll forward until it catches, then put the kickstand down.... whew... no problem now. Another thing... When you get ready to start it.... turn the ignition on... in the few seconds it takes for the fuel injectors to fill up, I have it back in neutral ready to hit the switch. Works for me..... and I have piece of mind. That's just how I do it.......

Your "buddies" ain't the ones riding it. If it doesn't freak you out then don't worry about it.

In gear will work fine, I have a Wheel Dock center stand...I'm not tall, 28" inseam and I can put it on the center stand while on the bike.

I have been thinking about the center stand, that way I don't have so far to lean it back up. Just seems like the stand is way short, and I have SG shocks,so I know it is at least 1" shorter in the rear.
