It's a Tri-Bar Lighted Rear Fender Extension Kit (HD # 91067-07)....
......it's a nice touch, got rid of the stock fender tip light and the rear bumper.
It's an LED light and also doubles as an additional tail light/brake light....
.....for us Ultra owners that secretly wish we had a Street Glide...LoL..

I spoke with them before buying. They have had an established business for many years (I think Rich said 25 years). Another party sold their items for them on eBay for a long time, they have severed ties and lost all of their feedbacks.
They recently started selling under the name "chromer2466", hence the small amount of feedbacks.
I'm not associated with them in any way. After speaking with them on the phone I got a good feeling and I am very pleased with their products and pricing.
