Dealers calling after service
Took my 08 Ultra in for 25k service about a week ago to my dealer in Lilburn, GA.
They called today to find out how the bike was running and did I have any complaints.
I don't know if any other dealers are making follow-up calls, but I think it's a great idea for customer service. Makes me think they really care.
The bike has an extended warranty and also an extended service plan, so it's not all about the $$, at least for me.

Both Stone Mt. HD and Earl Smalls HD are great dealerships when it comes to customer service. Bought my Limited from ESHD Marietta, but have most of my service done at their Cartersville location. I've gotten a call EVERY time I've had service done. And I've had phone calls from the Marietta location just to let me know about events or sales that they have going on. Having read many of the posts about terrible dealerships on the Forum, we're lucky to have at least 2 great ones here in Atlanta.

I have brought my bike to the local dealer in Brandon,Fl, several times for the same tuning issue. I can't even get them to call me for an update on the work performed while the bike is there or call me when it is completed for that matter. The communication skills for that location are not so good! There are a few that want to make it right but........ NO I DON'T GET CALL BACKS.......Customer Service needs alot of work..
