Default No Brake lights on either Hand or foot brake

I have a 2001 Road Glide.. I am stumped.. or stupid...LOL.. Reciently did a swap from stock to WO 517's Black.. No problems.. Internally wired etc. Everything working normally all week.. Now all of a sudden last night I noticed I have no brake lights when I depress the hand and or foot brake..!!

Got any ideas???

Yep, start simple and work your way from there. Bulb, fuse, short, broken wire. Multi meter is a must have for any electrical issues.

yeah the swith probably broke where the handbrake lever activates it. If it is broke off there you can glue a little piece of plastic to it for quick tempory fix.

OK.. I found it.. Rubber switch in between the handlebar controls and the brake lever messed up somehow.. Old rubber etc. A piece of black tape will do the trick I imagine.. HHMM.. I wonder if I can order just that little boot?? Thanks for being patient with me Guys..

Search for the set screw fix on the brake switch. If you have to replace the switch, it is a $50+ item unless you (I) can locate the obsolete -96A pn# close to you.

I took a small square cut from one of those wet suit coozies,, sprayed it with adhesive and stuck it in there.. It works fine.. I am thinking for the future, a little rubber cap I will find in my travels..!!!

Thanks to all..!!!
