I had the stage 1 A/C and fuel management done on my '07 with the stock mufflers it kept giving an error code on the O2 sensors. I put on a set of Rush 1.75 mufflers and no more error codes. The shop said it could have been to much restriction in the stock ones holding the gases in the pipes causing the error codes.

Screamin Eagles too loud?
They are kind of tinney sounding.
Those "Peacemaker" mufflers (VH I think?)
have a nice "deep" tone. They're pretty quiet (too
quite for me- bit I think a Thunderheader is barely
loud enough)
Stock mufflers suck!! They're just on there to pass
DOT EPA ARB blah blah. They just cork the engine
up.
Like going jogging or Mtn Bike riding with a potato
in your mouth.

I had the same setup and problem with my '04 RK. The SE slipons took a little power off the bottom and put it on top. I didn't think it was worth the noise, so I re-installed the stock mufflers. With the SE/AC and Stage 1 burn, the engine still ran too lean. A PCV w/canned map from Fuel Moto solved that problem nicely.

I had them do the re-map and air cleaner before I replaced the mufflers and it ran just fine with stock mufflers. I dont see why you would have to tune it to switch back. Harley says there is only one download, dont know if that is actually the case or not. I would think there would be more.
