Freedom Performance vs Vance and Hines - Slip On Mufflers
So I thin I've narrowed down my choices to either the V&H Twin Slash Rounds or the Freedom Performance Upslash mufflers. Both are $400.
As I said in another post, I'm keeping the stock air cleaner and tune. Looking for something a little louder than stock, but nowhere near LOUD levels. Not too concerned about increasing performance but definately do not want to loose any either.
Lots of info about the V&H but not too much about the Freedom Performance.

I'm sportin' the twin slash rounds, and they've really grown on me. Very nice deep rumble, and in my opinion, not too loud, but just right. Definitely louder than stock; however, if you do opt for these, and you decide that they're just a little over your threshold of ear comfort, V&H does offer the "21892 - Quiet Baffle ($21.95 each)". Couldn't tell ya how the quiet baffles sound though as I've never used them.
