What do you use to keep the fins shiney on the jugs.

What do you use to keep the fins shiney on the jugs.
I have an 04 EGC with off colored(tarnished sorta?!?!) and would like to clean the up like th rest of the bike. I have used never dull, S-100 cleaner, and even 0000 steel wool and no go. Any ideas?

I dont know if ya can still find it or not, but use Semichrome.
