Tried running 93 octane already ran 2 tanks thru and still the same. actually the ethanol gives you a higher octane rating. for instance using the 87 octane with 10% ethanol (that is what they add 10%) it takes the 87 up to an 89.7 octane i haul gas for a local company and thats what the terminal operator told me. so all the people running the 89 are getting cheated because they could be getting that by running the 87.

 

Have you tried a fuel additive?

 

I only run 93 octane and don't have any pinging.

I do have that clutch rattle when hotter. It quiets down when pulled but when I let it out you can hear it on the left side. Service writer didn't even listen to it just said it's normal. I am having the 10000 mi service on Wed and will have it documented then.
