If I understand correctly the HD download does not change the air fuel mix can, I add se air cleaner without the down load. I have a fuel moto slip on the bike. The bike is a 2010 fltrx

 

Yes you can add the SE AF without the DL. You will need to enrichen the AFR though. You can go with the PCV from FuelMoto, or do Like I did, Buy the XIED's from NiteRider.com Go to tuneyourharley.com and do some reading. My bike is running fine with the XIED's.
