Well after a few long e-mails back and forth with Chuck I finally pulled the trigger on the new seat. Thanks to all of you who replied to a previous post about your experience in dealing with C&C and commenting on the quality of their seats. So far everyone is right...Chuck at C&C was awesome to deal with, answered all my questions and even thougth they are extrememely busy I felt my business was important to them. Plus a 10% discount just for being a HD Forums member.

Can't comment on the quality or comfort yet but I will be very surprised if it's not top notch.

I sent a long email to Chuck when I was in the market for a new seat and he never replied back. I wound up getting a Sundowner instead.

 

I just did 730 miles on mine last weekend. Not a sore spot on my butt or lower back and was surprised when some of my riding companions stopped for gas, could hardly walk when they dismounted and said "that must be a really comfortable seat you got there, we thought you'd never stop!"

C&C is GREAT! THIS is one purchase I'm sure you won't regreat!

 

My stock seat is literally a PITA. I think I'm gonna have to order a fastback from C&C. I didn't know they offered a 10% discount for forum members so that would clench it...the problem is I'm sure there's no way I'd get it before my 1500 mile round-tripper I start this coming Saturday morning.

 

C&C builds their seets to order, Takes about 2 weeks. Well worth the wait. Their seets are as good as their customer service. I was and still am pleased with both.

I emailed Chuck yesterday morning and got a response that afternoon. Check the email addy you used. The response time is great from C&C, both on the phone and via email. I suspect your mail never made it to them.
