Default 1990 flhtcu questions...

I have the shop manual and the owners manual. I have 2 questions...
Under the clutch side side cover there is a little circuit board. It has 3 fuses on it. They are marked CB Power, CB Memory and POD. What is the 5 amp POD fuse for? Mine was blown.
In my owners manual for my sound system it says my rear speakers have a separate 20w power amp. Neither of my rear speakers work and I am thinking the amp might be bad. I get some static and popping in the left speaker (the one without the controls under it) but no music. Where is that amp? The speaker with the volume and the radio changer controls under it has a circuit board in the speaker pod but I assumed that was the electronics for the rear volume and radio controls.
