I just took delivery of my 2007 Ultra and I love the bike, but I hate these exhaust tips. I can't find any markings on the pipes at all, that would tell me what kind of pipes they are. Here are the things I do know

They are true duals
The baffels can be seen in the end of the pipe. They even look like they protrude into the tip
There are 3 allen bolts holding the tip on. One bolt is directly on top of the pipe (12 o'clock position) and the other 2 are located at the 4 o'clock and 8 o'clock positions

Do the Rineharts have 3 bolts that hold the tips on?

 

Yes, three (3) holes on my Riheharts tips.

 

It looks like one of them (on the Rineharts) is at the 3 o'clock position, so I guess these are not Rineharts. The top bolt is right behind the mounting bracket, under the saddlebag
