Same thing happened on my new rear EIII rear about a month ago. It was a nastier screw and had to be hauled home. Put in a new tube, cleaned inside the tire, patched said tire and have no regrets. I've put on a lot of miles since then. Like another offered though if you want to replace the tire I will take it off your hands for shipping and throw in an extra $20.00!!!! Oh wait. What size is that tire?

I would pull the screw all the way out if it leaks air over night then you answered you own question if it doesnt i would ride it out
