Default Do the 2009 touring mufflers have catalytic converter in mufflers?

Does anyone know if the the 2009 mufflers have the catalytic in them?
I understand the 2010 catalytic converter is in the headpipe.
I'm just wondering if the 09 and 10 mufflers are the same.

The reason I'm wondering about the 09 mufflers, because I know HD putt the catalyst in the 06 touring muffler and I wondering how HD got away from using the catalyist in the years after that prior to 2010 cataylist in the headpipe.

Tuned the bikes lean as crap. 07 was the year they took a major jump in heat output.

05 had no cats, 06 had cat mufflers, 07-09 had no cats, 2010 has the cats in the head pipe (so you cant just change the mufflers to get rid of it.)

California and CVO bikes were different.

How did HD put emissions (cats) on the 07-09 bikes?

You are right, your muffler does not have a cat, but your head pipe does...or at least did when it left the factory.
