Congrats. You will just love it and especially living down in NC where the riding season is pretty long. As was said, get your wallet out because you will probably get the mod fever and it's hard to stop.
Use a good bit of caution over the fist miles. If you have not done so, take a rider safety training class. You will pick up some good tips there. Even as an old fart who has been biking for around 50 years I still retake the class just for grins every few years.
Congratulations on the first Harley! I still remember my ride off the dealership lot with my first new HD in 91, in my mind it was just a few days ago!
