Installing Wild one Chubby's on the bike this weekend and want to have the cables on hand too.. Anybody know the correct length for the Cables on an 01 Goad Glide?

I put the 12.5" bagger apes on my classic and had to go +4", I was told stock would work with the bagger bars, not sure on a road glide though

 

I installed the wild one chubbie wo515, i e-mailed the company and asked them, they will let you know what you need....i didnt need any changes

 

Huh... Well I called and asked my parts supplier (Ronnie from Lewis Custom Cycles) about it and he called around and asked. I am getting a full set of extended cables for $225.00

Black vinyl... And he got me the Wild one Chubby's for the Road Glide for $185.00..(even beat out American Classic Motors on eBay)..!! And that is hard to do..!!

I don't know what the actual measurements are.. That's why I was asking.. I don't know if the bars you got (W0515's) are the same as the the ones they say are for the Road Glide... So I will wait and see if the stock cables fit or not.. Also requires a special cable for the cruise control /throttle end to be connected right.. Didn't know about that..!!

pretty close in measurements, i still would contact wild 1 ....i would really be suprised if you needed all those extra parts, with only 8.5" rise and 31" width.... they maybe overselling you.

 

The ones designed especially for the Road Glide are W0 517's and I have a black set coming in Friday...!!

Not as much rise as your W0 515's.. 8 vs 10" but my pullback is more than yours.. What I think.. 11 vs 14" ??

So I am pretty sure I will need the extra cables..
