hey, if you spent a little less time taking pictures and a little more tome wrenching, that thing might be done by now. Cant you see the man is in pain waiting! j/k
That is awesome to be able to see the progress on your own bike. It's nice to see you are a bit **** about work area cleanliness too. I had an indy tell me once "I am too busy to clean. A clean shop is a shop w/o any business." I left and went to look for a shop w/o any business...and a line out the door.
any way, nice job Phil

your bike is in good hands -- Phil is the chit -- he built a 107 for for one of my Road Dog's--fast-reliable and wheelie's very easily

It's really a pretty simple teardown process. As long as there's not a bunch of crazy bling stuff on one, it's quite easy & quick. The new bikes are even easier w/o cables & more room to work.
I'll see about the P/N list. Pricing comes direct from HQ.
In a nutshell, this one is:
HQ107ST Package
10.5:1 Static CR
HQ-575 Cams
HQ Black-Ops lifters
and all the other generic stuff...
HD gasket set
Adjustable PushRods
VPC-92T, for clutch help
Torrington/ Timken inner cam bearings
He already has a Roland Sands air filter setup & a FatCat w/Performance baffle....
We are using stock TB & injectors, as these have proven to work well in this kit numerous times.
btw - I told him "it's gonna be loud".... hehehehehe!!!!!!!!!!! Just wait!
