What's the difference between Power Duals and Dresser Duals
I am evaluating head pipes for my 2010 Ultra to eliminate the cat. When considering V/H, I see they offer Dresser Duals and Power Duals for the 2010 touring models. In reading the website and looking at the pictures, it seems the Power Duals have the X crossover and the Dresser Duals don't. Other than the cost difference of about $80 bucks, can anyone tell me the advantages of one over the other? I am also considering the FuelMoto solution.
You have it right. The 2:1:2 systems supposedly have better cylinder scavenging. True duals usually give up a bit of torque in the low end. Can you tell by the seat of the pants.... dunno but you can see them on the dyno runs.
