Steve, very nice mods and thanks for the full-size pics--bet it's great on the road.

Whose speaker pods did you use? And which BAMI kit (if any) did you use for the intercom?

Good work! Build 'em how you want 'em because a stock motorcycle is just raw materials. I am just wrapping up my Ultra Street Glide.

LOL, I know you guys are always looking in the background. LMAO

I'm putting the parts together for my own "backyard" big bore kit. It will be a 103 with street pro heads and S&S 570 easy start cams.

Those are Hogtunes speaker pods. The intercom is the HD 77107-09 Boom audio music and intercom kit.

BTW, where did you get your shifter linkage? Looks far better than those in the accessory catalog!
That's a stainless piece I found on Ebay. Yes, it is a huge improvement. I also installed a Pingel greasable shift shaft. The zerk is on the inside where you can hardly see it but it is still simple to get to.

great job! I too would like to convert mine to Ultra specs, but really just the Tour Pak, rear speakers and lower fairings.

Thanks for the riders perspective pic of the Hogg Chopps in particular.
