Ditto...John H at Zanotti's is always quick to email answers to my questions, no matter how many I have.

Zanotti's won't charge you until the item ships. Their website also allows you to plug in the part #, and instantly find out the discounted price.

I just ordered a King TP in CVO Orange for more than 20% off. Had to pay a deposit since it's a custom painted item, but that's fair, IMO. Plan on riding down there to pick it up, and save on the shipping.

Only complaint is shipping to Canada was pricier than normal- a bid padded, I'd say.

Regarding one of the other discount places (Chicago I believe), they never even bothered to respond to my email.

+1

I've got a ~$1500 order with them right now, 2 big ticket color matched items (lowers and tour pak), and 2010 QD hardware. It was worth the wait to save the 20% on that order.

Excellent service and prices. I haven't found anyone cheaper and I've bought one of everything they sell. <G>

Don't tell my wife.

Just checked on a couple of parts from Chicage HD, no 20% off, full price quoted. Talking to the parts department guy at my local dealer a couple of weeks ago, and he said that the moco was going to clamp down on dealers selling parts and accessories at a discount. I sure hope he is wrong!!

On the CHD site, you have to click "Buy Now" to see the discount price. It didn't used to be that way.

I too had heard that the moco was clamping down an all dealers who are selling at the discounts. I was also told that the moco is primarily concerned about the advertising of discounted pricing. So it looks like the discounts may still be in effect, but maybe not advertised.

Who knows? Time will tell.

I have had excellent service from House of Harley, St.Paul Harley and some stuff from Surdyke as they are local. House of Harley has been very quick on shipping, St.Paul on in-stock items is almost as fast.
