I think stg 4 would be big bore. 103. But this bike was 103 from the factory. SO does it count as a stg if you dont modify it?

First time out and riding it pretty hard got a little over 39mpg

That sounds good enough. I know the first time out you (I would have) had to hit it a little more than usual. lol

Basiclt it's:
Stage 1 - pipes, AC download tuner
Stage 2 - 103 - 255 Cams + all the above
Stage 3 - 10.5 compression pistons - Super Tuner- 259 cams - springs - push rods - clutch + all the above
Stage 4 - heads - throttle body - 260 cams + all the above

Hey road hog tried to talk the builder into a different cam but with these new heads he thought this was the best set up. Whats important is the rideability and it pulls strong from all rpm's

The 113 is their bigger bore kit.

Exactly what I was saying. People get in to trouble more times than not if they ignore their builder's advice.

Loopy: How long did it take the dealer to get the kit and install? I've been waiting on this kit for 4 weeks at the local dealership and they told me today it would be at least another 4 weeks before the kit ships from HD.
