Doesn't matter what you talk about there is always someone who claims insider knowledge.

That would make the Limited a waste of money.

It's the first bike of probably over 90 or so that I ever had that kind of problems with. Oh and it's the first store bought harley cash on the barrel head bike I've ever bought. If it were a car we'd have some serious federal issues to deal with. Over 24k with extended warranty and taxes at the store. Their absolute junk if you ask me.
Sorry to hear about your troubles, you must have gotten a lemon. Trade her in for a Wing if you don't like the Harley brand.

or not. As far as I can tell based on Harley's Cal carb submissions they're broadneing the range of models available with a 103 but not standardizing it as the engine for all models - so presumabthey're still gonig to charge extra . . . No doubt some bean counter noticed the Limiteds were flyiung off the shelf. Go Figure.

............ i think the LTDs were a 'beta test' to give the MoCo some actual sales data on what we'd pay for a larger engine & different options from the factory. We'll know more tomorrow !

The new, 2011, bikes should be on the net tomorrow, most likely by noon CST.

Well, the nay sayers didn't want to believe you but I guess they'll eat crow.

The owner of our local dealership said that the 103" will be an option with all the touring models so he ordered all of his with the 103". He thinks the 96" will become a tird that nobody wants.

Good. When I decide to go to a bike with a 96" motor, they'll be much less expensive!
