Running an 18 - 200 setup on the rear of my SG and have no problems with rubbing - the gap is about the same as yours. I canned the 21 on the front and went to an 18 there too.

Your bike looks good!!!

Just noticed that you're in Clear Lake. Did you get the bike in Mason or somewhere else?

I have the 18/18 setup but went with the 180/55ZR-18 on the rear because I heard about rubbing issues. Not everyone experienced them - seemed to be mainly on those who also lowered their rears.

Does the 18"/18" combo raise the seat height much? Or do the lower profile tires keep the bike at about the same level?

The 18s are basically the same diameter as stock so no change in seat height.

My 18/18 setup raised the bike only a 1/4 inch.
