How much does an Ultra wheel weigh?

How much does an Ultra wheel weigh?
I talked to Ride Wright Wheels about the 50 Fat Daddy wheels, they informed me that a set of lace wheels are about 5 lbs heavier per wheel. He said that the wheels weigh about 27 lbs per wheel. That kinda disappoints me...However, would that give me a better ride?
$1400 for the set, $150 for Hubs and Nipples Powder coated White, $70 to ship.
