Right is right, and Joe at Cee Bailey's deserves a huge kudos for customer service.

Yeah, I know, we've already heard good things about them. But, considering all the crappy service we see far too often these days (especially in So. Fl.), when somebody does you right whether 1 time or 100 times, I say give them their props.

We all know how much the air flow on a Roadie can be a pain in the a$$. Went with a suggested 13", finally had a chance to get my butt to some highway speeds and I was getting big time air right at my cheek bones and eye area depending on actual speed. Clean air, but for me, a lot of it. With my job hours I kept missing their operating hours and couldn't reach them. Finally did and this guy Joe (only "Joe" there I'm told) was beyond cool. Helpful beyond words. We spoke for a bit, he learned what I needed and wanted, took care of me in an extremely fair manner and my new windshield for the Roadie should be here in a mere few days. The guy, and company, simply deserves a positive mention for going above and beyond.

And get this, because I was in a terrible rush on the phone and not wanting to rush him off the phone, I forgot to mention my shipping address had just changed due to my old office being recently closed for good (just a couple weeks ago). I drop him an email and not 12 hours later he already contacted UPS to re-direct the item to my new address.
