Brawler seat for Street Glide..?
Does anyone have the Harley Brawler solo seat on their bike? Is it comfortable at all? I am interested mostly for looks purposes.I have an '09 Street Glide. The stock seat sucked, but the Harley Sundowner seat is great!! However,I would like a solo seat for around town/short rides, etc. It looks like it is available in both leather and vinyl. Is that true? I would like to be able to ride with the Brawler for at least 100 miles or so comfortably.Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I had one and before i learned about Mean City cycles seat modifications and I returned it, it was terrible like sitting on an old church pue, but man did it look great, I am thinking about getting another one if I can find it for cheap and having the memory foam put in, I give it a 2 outta 10 for comfort, sat lower and farther back but it was a butt muncher.

i have one...not too bad ..use it for shorter rides / around town..it does look good... i think it's alittle pricey for such a small seat... i think a Sundowner is only $50 more and its like 4Xs as big..
i actually use the stock one for longer all day rides, although i'm looking into maybe getiing the Sreaming Eagle Street Glide seat...sat on one the other day and really liked it...

Have the brawler and the stock seat is more comfortable. No 200 miler's yet. Headed out to Deadwood/Sturgis at the end of May and will get the true test! You do learn to push your rear into the rear curve. That makes it better.
Can't beat the looks that's for sure. I'm sure like a road bike (bicycle) seat (tiny and really f'in hard) your rear needs seat time to get used to it. Put over 1500 miles on mine last year and the first long trip prevented me from even sitting on it for 2 weeks. At the end a 120 mile day didn't bother me at all.

I have a leather Brawler solo for my '10 Street Glide and have gone on day trips and 250 mile rides thus far. It is comfortable to me. I actually like a firm, minimally padded saddle that sits me back and lower. I have the Sidekick for 2 up, and can't stand the stock SG saddle which will sit in the closet for eternity

So lower and further back ? ? this is what I am looking for exactly, I am 6'1" 210lbs and have tried the stock, which is ok, the Corbin solo, which hurts my back on even short trips.
I have emailed corbin 2 times asking questions about fitting a 2010 corbin solo to my 08 SG but no answer.
