Personally, I think they look quite nice. They fit the bike well, and are practical as well. Don't know what's not to like.

They look like heck and for the price of shipping I'll take them off your hands!

Seriously, they look pretty darned nice. I have a RKC and sometimes I wish I had hard bags so I could add some more paint to my bike. What if you had a Mustang/Corbin/HD solo seat and a Motherwell rack for the rear fender? You can see the Motherwell on my sig picture...good, quality chrome components.

You've got a great looking bike my friend.

I think those hard bags look alot better then the stock customs.

I don't see why you don't like them.

JP,

I think they look great.

A solo seat and a tail rack or rear fender bib might dress 'er up a little, but I think it looks very nice with the seat you have.

Maybe try it with the current seat but without the sissy bar and see it that gives you that "faster" look.

I think you got a winner there.

thanks for all the good replies. i love the laydown liscense plate idea! the only reason i havent bought a solo or took the passsenger backrest off is because my old lady wont let me leave the house without her. i thought about redlining her on some twisties out in the country to scare her off the back , but hell that didnt even work, she loves to ride, but dont get me wrong i love the solo feeling.
