Default Harley Sundowner Seat VS C&C Touring Seat

I am trying to decide on a two up seat.
The Sundowner Seat is half the price of the C&C touring seat.
Has anyone tried either seat?
Any feedback would be great.
The stock seat on the 2010 Road Glide will not cut it for her on a long ride.

I have the Sundowner on my SG and love it. Rode 850 miles to Sturgis last summer and never felt sore or tired.

Also would like to see who as tried both. The seat position on the my sundowner is a little to close to the tank for me.

Is that the sundowner in the pic? I pick up my SG tomorrow and i ordered that one for it. If thats it in the pic then thats awesome looking. I was afraid it would look more like a large touring seat - like really thick and not sporty looking.

OP, we go on about a 800+ mile trip to the Dragon Friday - Come Sunday night, ill tell ya what I think about the sundowner.

Looking closer at your photo bucket pics i think that is the stock street glide seat. So then, how does the sundowner look on the bike?

I have the Sundowner on my '09 Street Glide. It is very comfortable for long or short rides.Fitment is excellent and it does not interfere with quick detach backrest/sissy bar removal/install etc.For the money it is hard to beat! Also,I am a heavier rider (250lb),and it maintains its support all day long. I have a friend who occasionally rides with me,(100lbs)and she says the passenger portion is very comfortable as well.

I have the C&C Sport Tour with Rider Backrest for longer rides over 8 hours per day. It is extremely comfortable and is much better than my Corbin (pictured) or the stock SG seat.
