Anyone with a 14" smoked windvest shield for the RG mind posting up a few pics of you have. I checked on there site but windvest really does not have much for a selection of pics for that height. Anyways looking for a good couple of front and side pics if avaliable. Thanks in advance!
Wow, that looks really nice on a black bike. I wish they made one taller like a 16", I am 6'5" and am afraid the 14" will be too short even with the flip. I might try one when I get the Hoggchopps to see if I could get by with the 14".
Yes.. I am 5'11" and it just does the job.. Any taller and it probably would not work.. I want to try the Hogg Chopps too and see how those work in conjunction..LOL..
I just recently installed the 12" model and it does the job for me. I'm 6'1" and it's just about perfect. The 14" probably would work a little better, but I don't mind a little wind. Helps me stay awake

I just installed the 14" Windvest on my 2009 Road Glide. the Wind control is equivalent to the stock 16". The light smoke is very good looking. I'm 6' with 34" inseam and sit on a Mustang seat with backrest, so very upright. I wish they made a 16" which would be ideal for me. Out of fairness most of the wind comes up around my legs. I have to agree with most of many previous posts that lowers are the key to a comfortable Road Glide. They will be my next purchase. My suggestion is try someones RG that has lowers before investing in another windshield
BTW. I wear a 3/4 helmet with shield and my head still gets beat up. I understand that 1/2 helmets or none are more comfortable.
I'm 5'11" on Mustang seat w/backrest, H-D lowers, 1/2 helmet & 12" WV. No helmet shake @ all. Look over top of shield. My wife says it blocks very little wind from her. I may try a 14" but 12" great solo.
