Same with the Sunglo Red......The bugs **** me off worse than the dust.

Especially when I get cracked in the face.

+ 1 on the pledge. Just started using it last week, after reading it on the forum. Seems to keep a slick surface, maybe less for the dust and pollen to stick to. I'm also going to try the 50/50 Hydrogen/Peroxide mix on the bugs.

I keep a swiffer duster in my saddle bag. 45 seconds and it will look brand new. No scratches, can be used until it needs washing.

Just ride the damn thing. If your cleaning more than riding invert your priorities. As far as bugs go, as soon as a get home I take a clean microfiber, soak it in some plain HOT water, give it a moderate ringing out, lay it over the fairing and let it set there for 3-5 minutes depending on how bad bugs were, then just wipe them all away. If your bike has a half-decent waxing on it they will all come right off. It's a great task to get accomplished while drinking that first ice cold beer.

If you can find a solution for keeping the dust off your Harley you would be a rich man...it's part of owning a Harley. Just wipe it down after every ride and enjoy.

Pig Spit will reduce the dust clinging somewhat. It leaves no residue and is antistatic.

Changing your pads to Lyndall's will significantly reduce the brake dust on your WWs.

Swiffer is great.Lots of times with dust it is static electricity that is attracting the dust while parked.Believe it or not some polishes have an ant-static in them and some folks ground the frame with a chain or metal strap to keep dust from sticking.Rubbing or polishing the bike can really attract dust.
